Italian Sausage Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 large egg
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 C finely chopped onions
2 TBLS dried parsley
1/2 C oats
1/3 C parmesan cheese
1 lb ground hamburger or turkey
1 lb italian turkey sausage

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, beat egg and stir in half the can of tomatoes, onion, parsley, oats, and parmesan cheese. Then mix in the italian sausage, and ground beef. Cover a cookie sheet with tin foil (makes clean up so much easier) Dump meat mix onto cookie sheet and shape into a large meat loaf. Bake for 45 min. Pour the rest of the diced tomatoes on top, spread and cook for another 15 minutes (make sure meat is fully done)
