Ingredients:
1/8 C olive oil
1/4 C honey
1/4 C soy sauce or Tsumari
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 TBLS olive oil
5 green onions
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2-3 carrots, grated
Directions:
In a large ziploc bag mix together oil, honey, soy sauce and garlic. Add chicken and marinate all day!
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute chicken until nearly cooked; add remaining ingredients and keep cooking until veggies are tender and chicken is cooked through.
Serve over brown rice.
