Balsamic Dressing


Ingredients:

2 1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
2 1/4 C balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 TBLS Dijon mustard (Great Value has no sugar added.  Grey Poupon does)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients.  Pour into a 40 oz recycled ketchup bottle.  Store in the cupboard.  Shake well before using.
