Moroccan Fish Bake

3 garlic cloves, pressed
1 TBLS ground cumin
1 TBLS paprika
6 TBLS tomato puree
2 TBLS lemon juice
6 whitefish fillets
3 tomatoes, sliced
2 bell peppers, seeded and sliced thin
salt and pepper to taste
chopped cilantro

In a bowl mix together the garlic, cumin, paprika, tomato puree and lemon juice.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Arrange half of the tomatoes and peppers in a baking dish.  Lay fish on top.  Spread fish with cumin mixture.  Then top with remaining tomatoes and peppers.  Salt and pepper to taste.

Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.  Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve!
