Ingredients:
1 LARGE zucchini (enough to dice up about 4+Cups)
1 jar KROGER Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce (Read the label! Hunt's has now added sugar to their list of ingredinets! :(
2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Dice up your zucchini. Layer about 2 C on the bottom of a 9X13 pan. Pour half the sauce over. Sprinkle half the cheese over. Repeat layers. Bake in the oven at 375 for 45-60 min. Enough time to get the squash soft and the meal, hot and bubbly!
