No Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 C apple juice
spinach leaves
2-2 1/2 C frozen fruit mix from Walmart (peaches, pineapple, mangos) just don't use the strawberries.  Save them for other smoothies. :)

Directions:
Pour the apple juice into the blender and fill the spinach up to the top.  Blend.  Add the frozen fruit.  Blend away.
 If too thick, just add more juice.
