FAJITAS

Ingredients:
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Orange Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Onion
Chicken, sliced into strips or cubed.  However you like it!
Olive Oil

Whole wheat Tortillas
Sour Cream
Avocados
Tomatoes
Spinach
Cheese

Directions:
Cook the chicken in a pan on the stove until just done.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Add the onions and peppers an cook until veggies are crisp-tender, or done to your liking.
You really can't mess these up.  You can do, 2 onions and 1 red, 1 green pepper, or what I have pictured here.  It all turns out great!
When done, layer everything on your tortilla with all the fixin's you like.  Roll it up and enjoy as the juices drip out all over your hand and plate! :)  Pretty messy, but totally yummy!
