Cube Steak & Romano Cheese

Ingredients:
1 pkg Cube Steaks
Grated Romano cheese
Red onion, finely chopped

Directions:
Preheat Broiler.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, brown cube steaks to your liking, salt and pepper to taste.
Place beef on a broiler pan and top each steak with cheese and red onions.  Stick under the broiler to melt, then serve.

We had this with baked potatoes, roasted zucchini and yellow squash, and baked acorn squash.  Total hit!  And a very easy meal!  (Other than the complaint that "it smelt funny"- that cheese is strong!  But once that first bite was taken, it was all devoured quite quickly ) :)
