Ginger Beef

Ingredients:
1/2 C soy sauce
1/4 olive oil
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 large onion, minced
2 1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 lbs round, flank, or chuck steak cit into strips

Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a ziploc bag and squish around to mix well.  Add the beef strips to the marinade. Close bag, massage meat to coat, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours , or overnight is fine as well.
Grill on medium to high heat for 8-12 minutes, turning them once or twice, until they are done to your liking. (George Foreman works great too!)

Ideas for sides would be brown rice, acorn squash, asparagus, and red peppers and carrot sticks.
