Pumpkin Ice-Cream

1 1/2 C pumpkin puree
1 can coconut milk, unsweetened, not lite
1/2 C pure maple syrup
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
dash of salt

We combined the ingredients and then poured them into our ice-cream maker.  It churned for about 20 minutes and then we placed it in the freezer.  AMAZING!! Thank you Nourishing Gourmet!
