Overnight Oats

"I think overnight oats are meant to be had with diced mango!"

Ingredients:
1/3 C oats
1 TBLS chia seeds OR flaxseeds
1/4 C almond milk
1/4 C plain greek yogurt
1 TBLS honey
1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl or tupperware.  Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning put toppings of your choice on.

toppings: (endless possibilities)
blueberries
raspberries
strawberries
nuts
banana
pineapple
coconut
MANGO
