Rainbow Salad
Ingredients:
Spinach
Kale
Tomato, chopped
Carrots, ribboned
Yellow pepper, chopped
Mushrooms, sliced, diced, whatever you like!
Sprouts
Avocado
I also put some leftover
pineapple avocado salsa
on top. This was great as a "dressing."
